Frequently asked questions
Can I try before I buy?
Yes — the Free tier has no time limit and no account required. Download and use it as long as you like.
How does the licence key work?
When you subscribe, you receive a licence key by email. Enter it once in ShowPrompt. It validates periodically online but ShowPrompt will continue working for up to 35 days even if your internet connection drops.
What happens if I miss a payment?
ShowPrompt gives you a 35-day offline grace period. If payment fails, you'll receive reminder emails. After the grace period, features revert to the Free tier until payment is resolved.
Can I use ShowPrompt on multiple computers?
Yes. Your licence key can be activated on multiple devices. Contact support if you need to deactivate a device.
Is there an annual plan?
Yes — annual plans are available for Pro (£132/yr) and Venue (£319/yr), saving you one month versus paying monthly. Toggle above to see annual prices.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Venue?
Yes, at any time. You'll be charged the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day refund on first-time subscriptions if ShowPrompt doesn't work for your setup. Contact support within 14 days of purchase.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your location. ShowPrompt uses Lemon Squeezy as its payment provider, which handles all tax obligations.
Is there a lifetime licence?
Not currently. A lifetime option may be added in future for Venue tier users. Contact us if you're interested.
