Can ShowPrompt run an entire festival production?

ShowPrompt handles cues, timers, running orders and information displays. For larger festivals with complex multi-stage automation, it works best as the cue layer for a specific stage or production team rather than a full festival control system.

Can different screens show different information?

Yes. You can assign different display types to different screens — a talent confidence monitor, a stage timer, a backstage running order, and a full production display can all run simultaneously.

Does it work outdoors?

ShowPrompt itself runs fine outdoors. You'll need a local network (WiFi or wired) that covers your production area. A battery-powered travel router can create a portable show network if venue infrastructure isn't available.

What's the maximum number of display screens?

There's no hard limit. In practice, most productions use 2–8 screens. As long as your local network can handle the connections, ShowPrompt will serve them all.
