Confidence Monitor Software
for Live Events

Put timers, now/next, scripts and director notes on any screen your presenter can see — without showing it to the audience. No specialist hardware. Just a screen and a browser.

Display screens are designed for landscape — rotate your phone or use a larger screen for the full layout.

The problem

Presenters and speakers at live events often have no reliable way to see how much time they have left, what's coming next, or messages from the production team. Stage monitors that do this properly are expensive, complex, or need specialist hardware.

How ShowPrompt solves it

ShowPrompt turns any screen — a tablet on a lectern, a monitor at the side of stage, a phone on a music stand — into a confidence monitor. Your presenter sees their timer, now/next segment, and any notes you push from the controller. In real time. No hardware required.

FAQ

Questions about Confidence Monitor

What's the difference between a confidence monitor and a teleprompter?
A confidence monitor shows timing, now/next and production notes to the presenter. A teleprompter scrolls a script for them to read. ShowPrompt is a confidence monitor — it supports the presenter without scripting their words.
Can I run multiple confidence monitors for different presenters?
Yes. You can have multiple display screens connected simultaneously, each showing the same or different information depending on the display type you assign.
What screen size works best?
A 10" tablet or larger is ideal. Anything the presenter can see comfortably from 2–3 metres. A monitor on a stand or a tablet on a lectern both work well.
Can the presenter see their script or only timing?
ShowPrompt displays timers, now/next, and notes pushed from the controller. For full script scrolling, you'd need a teleprompter. ShowPrompt focuses on timing and production information.
